The exhausting Tahuna Torea trip

On Thursday the 25th of June 2021 We went on a exiting trip from Glen Taylor School to point England beach. We went a long way because we took a long route which made us walk up a long  hill around where Sacred heart school is. It was extremely annoying because it hurt my legs a bit. After that we took a turn going down a hill then after about 5-6 minuets of walking went pass a bunch of shops. I think one was called Mood cafe after 20 seconds of walking we saw a brownish river with ducks in it. Then after a (N) turn, we entered Tahuna Torea we didn't really but we where on its walk path and on the side of us were two toddlers on a park. After 3 minuets of walking we saw a bridge which takes you to the inside of Tahuna  Torea. It was a extremely long walk and It took up a hour and a bit and the trip was 3 hours long. My legs started hurting badly after that but we stopped for a 1 minute break. Then we left a few minutes later going pass a girls house, her name is Brooke and she is in Glen Taylor School. After that we entered point England beach we walked for 5-16 minutes and later we got to have a 15 minute break. We could go to a beach or on a playground I decide to go to the beach every one saw a big rock able to fit every one who on the trip. I fell 2 times when I tried to go at the end because its was very slippery. It had alot of clay on it and made slip. Once I reached the end I saw a big puddle of water able to reach my ankle and a bit over. I rolled up my pants and went in I fell there was heaps of clay in there and I slipped. I didn't have any scratches yet. I got up and my pants was wet I got up and slipped I got up again and stood up. Then I slipped one more time and a oyster cut my foot I didn't see it at first until I checked. I tried to go to my teacher but slipped 3 times in the process. I got to my teacher and I told him about it he put a bandage and
I put on my shoes. Luckily there was a first aid kit and he put a bandage on my wound. Then we went to the point England entrance and went out the we walked the rest back to school.

Glamouring lights

                             Glamouring lights

I can see the beautiful and extravagant sun glamouring down on me with extreme light reflecting off an ocean. The light orange and pinkish colour  in the sky at sunrise, feels so warm and calming like lying down in a warm soft bed. When the sun is high in the sky, that is the time to Play, (Play tag) and look at the beautiful blue sky, and bypass the horizon with sight. And when the sun sets, you see the cold bright purple slowly going darker by time. Just like combining a purple marker with a black blank marker. But at night it's never blank. When clouds cover the night sky you can still see the moon go past you slowly through the sky. If not you can see the beautiful stars shine bright with the pearly white moon along.

My long pencil writing

The pencil was extremely damaged looking like a decayed bone, it had deep dents, scratches and nible marks and it interfered with my grip. The only good part about it was that it was sharp, incredibly  sharp. Sharp enough to inflict critical damage to skin. I usually pretended that my pencil was like an ultra realistic wand in my hand made millennia ago, used by gods before humans roamed. The pencil was used for banishing weaker gods to distribute to hell or as a punishment for wrong deeds. At the very bottom the rubber was used which made me angry because I couldn't use it. It made it look like a popped balloon. I hated the fact that it was broken and deceived me. It costs $12 now it's  a $15 pencil now and there was a better $1 dollar pen. My pencil may be broken but the pencil can still do what an ordinary pencil can and does the trick.

My lovely time at the wonderful bobeep truck

On Thursday the 17th we went to the bo beep truck. There was a rooster named marble, two bunnies, a goat named Levi and a Lama with a Alpaca. There was one bunny out of its cage and I loved it. It was extremely cute and it was so fluffy. There  was a sheep too and I found out it has a special oil on its coat. And there was a donkey and horse I didn't really like them but it was still fun.

Matariki

When the Matariki stars appear it is the beginning of the Maori new year

We celebrate Matariki  like we celebrate The new years but even better.

Like sisters the stars shine bright like stars in the a beautiful nebula

Matariki is a time for joy like being with our families

It is a time to learn like a determined person confident in what they learn.

It is a time to plant crops like Kumara and carrots

It is a time to fish and hunt to fill up our bellies

It is a time to make things like clothes and memories.

It is a time to forgive

Matatriki reminds me of the gorgeous galaxy.
