IM VERY VERY EXTREAMLY HUNGRY

I’m so hungry I could eat  20 pounds of food

My stomach sounds like a raging earthquake

My tongue is salivating water like a rushing river going downstream

In the kitchen my mum is making delicious 2 minute noodles

It looks like pasta

The best part it smells like noodles

Now my stomach is sounding like  a siren bursting in your ears

I cannot wait! Now I'm feeling like a apple core

Finally! the time has come.  We say Karakia and it's time to dig into the mouth watering meal

Hmmm…  just like I remember the taste of spicy noodles.

My wonderful program

                                         THE PROGRAM

On the  holiday I had a lot of fun, because I was in a holiday program. The program was at Tamaki college library. I went with my cousin and my 2 aunties. There were some recognisable faces I could remember but the rest I didn't know. We also had three science topics for each day. There were 3 days of the program And I missed one but I still had lots of fun. I can’t remember what they are though. But let's go to the activities. The first activity was making a rocket. The first resource used was paper yep paper. That was the base of the rocket. The fins of the rocket were paper once again. It was used to keep the rocket's direction straight.

But you wanna know what the nose or the tip of the rocket was made of. It was paper.(dramatic beat plays). Except the paper was pretty hard paper, all of the paper was kinda hard. Then we used glue sticks to glue it all together to make it stick. Except for the nose of the rocket. We did this so our rocket had a parachute which ultimately failed. To this we had some green-tac and put it in the cone If it was even your rocket would go straight. It was also used for the parachute to stick with the rocket. Then we put fire proof paper in it to prevent the engine from damaging the rocket. Then we have the thing I just talked about: the engine to launch of course. Then after that it was a trial of death, just joking it would be who got the straightedge and the tallest launch. Mine had the most tallest and straight launch and it had actually destroyed all the other rockets. It also beat the high schoolers there so I guess I literally got the best rocket. But after it landed on a roof. The name of the rocket was Apollo Green because it was green. Rest In peace my friend. By the way I forgot the other activities.

The exhausting Tahuna Torea trip

On Thursday the 25th of June 2021 We went on a exiting trip from Glen Taylor School to point England beach. We went a long way because we took a long route which made us walk up a long  hill around where Sacred heart school is. It was extremely annoying because it hurt my legs a bit. After that we took a turn going down a hill then after about 5-6 minuets of walking went pass a bunch of shops. I think one was called Mood cafe after 20 seconds of walking we saw a brownish river with ducks in it. Then after a (N) turn, we entered Tahuna Torea we didn't really but we where on its walk path and on the side of us were two toddlers on a park. After 3 minuets of walking we saw a bridge which takes you to the inside of Tahuna  Torea. It was a extremely long walk and It took up a hour and a bit and the trip was 3 hours long. My legs started hurting badly after that but we stopped for a 1 minute break. Then we left a few minutes later going pass a girls house, her name is Brooke and she is in Glen Taylor School. After that we entered point England beach we walked for 5-16 minutes and later we got to have a 15 minute break. We could go to a beach or on a playground I decide to go to the beach every one saw a big rock able to fit every one who on the trip. I fell 2 times when I tried to go at the end because its was very slippery. It had alot of clay on it and made slip. Once I reached the end I saw a big puddle of water able to reach my ankle and a bit over. I rolled up my pants and went in I fell there was heaps of clay in there and I slipped. I didn't have any scratches yet. I got up and my pants was wet I got up and slipped I got up again and stood up. Then I slipped one more time and a oyster cut my foot I didn't see it at first until I checked. I tried to go to my teacher but slipped 3 times in the process. I got to my teacher and I told him about it he put a bandage and
I put on my shoes. Luckily there was a first aid kit and he put a bandage on my wound. Then we went to the point England entrance and went out the we walked the rest back to school.
